IACPA Recognizes Three Indian Americans Elected to Public Office
IACPA would like to recognize Upendra Chivukula (D-NJ), George James
(R-NJ)
and Parag Patel (D-NJ) for their victories on Nov. 6th.
Chivukula was elected to the 17th District of the New Jersey State
Assembly.
Parag P. Patel won his election to the City Council in Edison, NJ, and
George James, won election to the Westwood Township Council.
Should anyone know of any other Indian Americans elected to mayoral
positions, county positions or appointments made to major commissions,
please notify IACPA. We would like to develop a list for people to
access
