Aug. 17 --- The International Trade Administration declared the final results of its Countervailing Duty Administrative Review on Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip from India. Based on information received since the Preliminary Results and from its analysis of the comments received, the Department has revised the net subsidy rate for Polyplex Corporation Ltd.
