Amol Nirgudkar, CPA and managing partner of Carrollwood, Florida-based Reliance Consulting, was one of the winners of ‘30 under 30’ by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. “I was very honored to be recognized as one of the community’s business leaders,” Nirgudkar, 28, said.

Nirgudkar, a native of Mumbai, topped his class when he earned two bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance and a master’s in accounting from the University of South Florida in Tampa, according to a press release.

He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In 2003, he became one of the youngest CPAs in Florida to join as a partner of Reliance Consulting, described as one of Tampa Bay’s fastest growing CPA firms.
