Promantra Synergy Limited, a Hyderabad-based integrated health care BPO company, has ranked third among the top five rookies of global outsourcing.

The company, which was launched in 2003, has also been included in the annual offshore 100 ranking of top global IT and BPO suppliers by Managing Offshore, a monthly newsletter for global outsourcing managers and neoIT, a leading offshore advisory and management firm in the United States.

The ranking was given on the parameters of service provider company profile, client data, operational capabilities and human resources policies.

The awards were scheduled to be presented at the annual global outsourcing conference to be held in New York City on Jan. 19.
