M. Nasim Ali

Nasim Ali, executive vice president, marketing and sales at SBLI U.S.A. Mutual Life Insurance Company, Inc. has joined the board of trustees of the Foundation for the Center for Hispanic Policy, Research & Development (CHPRD).

Since 1975, CHPRD has been working through New Jersey’s Department of Community Affairs to empower the Hispanic community through various programs and services, including: administering grants to community-based organizations; offering assistance and referral services to empower community-based organizations; creating training and employment opportunities for college interns; developing public/private partnerships to enrich CHPRD’s programs and initiatives; and recognizing the contributions of the New Jersey Latino community, a release said.A native of Bangladesh and an American citizen, Ali is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science.
