- ARLINGTON, VA – On the afternoon of July 17th, the alumni of the Washington
Leadership Program (WLP), which is hosted by the Indian American Center for
Political Awareness (IACPA), held their sixth annual reunion at a community
room in Ballston. Boasting more than 50 people in attendance, 15 of them
were students in the summer IACPA WLP 2004 program.
